Cultivating Emotional Balance and Vitality to find your way back to a Healthy Natural Weight

Neuropsychology and Mindfulness Research now help us understand how the ancient principles and practices of Body Mind-Fullness can help to end food and weight struggles. The guidance and structure of this group is designed to promote the sustainable return to emotional balance and healthy natural weight. Using mindfulness practices and introducing intuitive movement and eating, participants develop and pursue self-care goals to:

  • transform relationship with food, body, self
  • recover from dieting
  • pay attention to and follow up on medical concerns
  • enhance health, vitality and satisfaction
  • promote long-lasting change

9 week groups begin February 17, May 5 and October 2011

Nancy Logue, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist and psychotherapist specializing in treatment of all types
of eating problems, health and relationship issues.

Shirley Kessel, RYT, has been a yoga practitioner for over fifteen years. She is a nutritionist and yoga
teacher and specializes in yoga therapy for eating disorder recovery.
