The guidance and structure of this group is designed to promote the sustainable return to emotional balance and healthy natural weight. Using mindfulness practices and introducing intuitive movement and eating, participants develop and pursue self-care goals to:

Nancy Logue, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist and psychotherapist specializing in treatment of all types of eating problems, health and relationship issues.
Shirley Kessel, RYT, has been a yoga practitioner for over fifteen years. She is a nutritionist and yoga teacher and specializes in yoga therapy for eating disorder recovery. |
